Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Sermon Mind by churches, staff members, pastors, and invited users.

1. Platform access

Sermon Mind provides tools for sermon hosting, search, transcription, summaries, tagging, publishing, and related church workflow management. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to use it only for lawful ministry and organizational purposes.

2. Church account responsibility

The church administrator is responsible for account configuration, team access, billing decisions, and the content published through the church workspace. Churches are responsible for obtaining all rights and permissions necessary for uploaded audio, transcripts, artwork, and related media.

3. Billing and subscription terms

Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled. Plan limits, archive import pricing, and any overage charges are described at checkout and in the subscription area. If a church exceeds included sermon volume, applicable overage charges may be billed according to the selected plan.

4. AI-generated content

Sermon Mind may generate transcripts, summaries, scripture references, and tags using automated systems. Churches remain responsible for reviewing generated output before relying on it for publication or ministry use.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Sermon Mind to violate law, infringe intellectual property rights, disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, or publish harmful, fraudulent, or abusive material.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, nonpayment, security concerns, or legal requirements. Churches may cancel at any time, subject to any active billing period obligations.

7. Contact

If you need contract, billing, or legal support, contact Sermon Mind at support@sermonmind.com.
