Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Sermon Mind collects, uses, and protects information related to churches, staff members, pastors, and invited users.
1. Information we collect
We may collect account details, church profile information, uploaded sermon files, generated transcripts and summaries, search activity, bookmarks, listening progress, and billing-related identifiers needed to operate the platform.
2. How we use information
We use this information to provide sermon hosting, search, AI processing, team collaboration, billing, security, analytics, and support. We also use it to maintain service reliability and improve the product.
3. AI and third-party processing
Uploaded sermon content may be processed by trusted third-party infrastructure for transcription, summarization, enrichment, storage, and billing. We limit processing to what is reasonably necessary to deliver the service.
4. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell church data. We may share information with service providers, payment processors, cloud hosting providers, and legal authorities when required to operate the service or comply with law.
5. Data retention
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Churches remain responsible for managing content they publish or upload.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect account and content data, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Churches should use strong passwords and manage team access carefully.
